Kiriakos was born and raised in Ioannina, Greece. From an early age, he loved to design, build and transform things, an instinct that would ultimately shape his professional journey.

He first became known to the wider public in the 1990s through his long-standing collaboration and friendship with Roula Koromila and television shows that defined an era in Greece. This was followed by a long career in Greece and abroad, working with leading Greek artists and international names including Versace, Valentino and Swiss high jewellery house Robergé. He worked in London, Paris and Shanghai, while Paris Match featured his work and made reference to him by name. In 2001, he founded his eponymous brand, Kiriakos.

Today, his main focus is architectural design and construction, taking projects from concept through to completion. Alongside this, he continues to develop his artistic practice through artworks, ceramic sculptures and functional objects.

Kiriakos enjoys designing across different disciplines, challenging the idea that a designer should be defined by a single artistic identity. He has no interest in repeating a particular aesthetic. He finds it boring. Instead, he prefers to explore different ideas and forms of expression.

As a designer, he chooses to think and create freely, without predetermined boundaries, drawing inspiration from what he sees and experiences around him. It is an approach he carries through both his work and his life.
